Retained Search
- Client confidentiality and the ability to
react to urgent staffing solutions is where
we
excel, and this is our priority for clients.
Our fee is 28% of the offer letter,
including
base salary and any bonuses for the first
year. Payment is divided into the equal
payments:
the 1st to initiate the search,
the 2nd upon candidate
acceptance, and
the 3rd on commencement of
employment.
Engaged Search
- This offer is best for staffing solutions
when the need for staffing is not an
immediate
necessity. We will offer a list of carefully
sourced and screened expert candidates. Our
fee
is 28% of the offer letter, including base
salary and any bonuses for the first year.
Payment is divided into two payments:
one-third to initiate the search, and-two
thirds when
the candidate commences employment.
Contingency Search
- By working with you to understand your
needs, we will provide a list of carefully
chosen
candidates to match your company
requirements. Our fee for this service is
28% of the offer
letter, which includes base salary and
bonuses for the first year. We are positive
that you
will find a suitable candidate through our
company. However, should you decide to hire
from
elsewhere, we will not charge you any fee.
